The ASC is the independent, professional body for Security Consultants of all kinds - a high standard site including a user friendly members' directory and state-of-the-art discussion forum.

British Security Industry Association

An excellent site. It has a search facility for all Standards relating to Security. Basic details can be found by clicking on Standards (in left hand "Shortcuts" box) and then using search facility for Standards. Once Standards for a particular sector of security are found click on the Standard in question and a synopsis will open. It is possible to search Legislation in the same way.

Business Crime Check

Sponsored by The Home and Scottish Offices and Norwich Union, the principal feature of this site is a database of documents and articles on security related matters.

Eurosafe UK

Eurosafe UK was formed in February 2011 as a sister organisation to Eurosafe in mainland Europe and with nearly 30 member companies, represents the major part of the UK safe industry.  The general principal is to represent the interests of UK safe makers, importers and distributors.  However, Eurosafe UK is particularly concerned with restoring confidence once more in European standards for testing and rating safes including EN1143-1/2 and EN14450 and working with the UK insurance industry to improve the quality of safes and other security containers sold in the UK market.

IPCres

Insurers' Property Crime Research Working Group (IPCRes) which joined InFiReS from ABI (formerly the ABI Security Systems Working Group). IPCRes and InFiReS are now part of the new RISCAuthority.
